"AN ORDINANCE DECLARING CERTAIN STREETS IPJ THE CITY OF PADUCAH
ONE-WAY STREETS, LIMITING THE USE THEREOF, AND PROVIDING FOR
VIOLATION THEREOF", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COI1IISSION-
ERS ON JUNE 3, 1952, AND A141ENDED ON AUGUST 5, 1952
BE IT ORDAINED BY TILE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance containing the
title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners
on June 3., 1952, and amended on August 5, 1952, be, and the same
is hereby repealed, amended and reordained so that said section
as amended and reordained shall read as follows:
"SECTION 1. The following streets or portions of streets
are hereby declared to be one-uray streets, and all vehicular traffic
using said streets shall proceed in the direction hereinafter
indicated:
Broadway from 9th Street to lst Street shall be limited
to vehicular traffic traveling east.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTS This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after 12:01 o?clock A.1 -I. on November 1, 1954 until 12:01
o}clock A.M. on January 1, 1955, or unless repealed, amended or
extended prior to January 1, 1955•
