INTERSECTION OF LOCUST DRIVE AND SWELL STREET IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THE PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION
THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COP24ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Vehicles of any kind being operated on Locust
Drive shall have the right-of-way over other traffic at the
intersection of Locust Drive with Sowell Street.
SECTION 2. Before entering the intersection listed in
Section 1 of this ordinance, the operator of a vehicle using the
intersecting street not having the right-of-way as described in
Section 1, shall bring his vehicle to a complete stop before -
proceeding to enter or to cross said intersection.
SECTION 3. Any person driving a vehicle, or any person, firm,
company or corporation operating a vehicle in violation of any pro-
vision of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined
not less than ;'5.00 nor more than {'20.00 for each offense.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTIOii 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
