CIRCLE STREET IPI PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE
CORPORATION COUNSEL TO INSTITUTE A SUIT IPI THE McCRACKEN
CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE PURPOSE OF HAVING SAID PORTION OF SAID
STREET LEGALLY CLOSED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMINIISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky does hereby
authorize the closing of the followin_- set out portion of Circle
Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky:
All that portion of Circle Street
between the northwesterly line of
Caldwell Avenue and the southerly
right of way line of the Belt Line
Highesy, said portion being approx-
imately 160 feet in length and being
40 Feet in width and running on a
curve.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah,
i,entucky be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and directed
to institute a suit in the EcCracken Circuit Court for a decree
ordering the closing of the above set out street pursuant to the
provisions of IMS 9L'.360.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
