$9,257.00 FROM ACCOUNT NUMBER 8000, PLANNING AND ZONING
COMSSION, TO THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMISSION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $9,257.00 appropriated
in the 1954 budget for the City of Paducah for planning
and zoning under Account Number 8000 be transferred and paid
to the City Planning and Zoning Commission for the expenses
necessary for the work of said Commission, and the City
Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a check
in said amount payable to said Commission and charge same
to Account Number 8000.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
