AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF MOTOROLA C0MiNICATIONS
AND ELECTRONICS, INC. FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
OF ONE 60 WATT 'MOBILE UNIT IN THE SUM OF $592.29, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE TIfEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0115 MIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of
Dlotorola Communications and Electronics, Inc. in the sum.of -';592.29
for sale to the City of One (1) IMotorola Model T53G-1, 60 Watt mobile
unit, complete with Y-6 accessory group for 6 volt operation.
Transmit freq. 155.13 & receive freq. 154.89. Complete with all
accessories ready for installation, as described in its bid of July
31, 1954.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby
authorized to enter into and execute, for and on behalf of the City
of Paducah, a contract for the purchase of said equipment.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
