COI-,AIrlLALTH OF I.ENTUCKY, FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE DEPARTMENT
OF HIGHWAYS; DESCRIBING THE PROPERTY TO BE CONVEYED, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED THERETO
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C011US310NERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky join with
the Paducah Airport Corporation and McCracken County, Kentucky in
the execution of a deed to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, for the
use and benefit of the Department of Highways, conveying the following
described land:
Parcel #20-A
All that part of said tract or tracts
which lie within a distance of 25 feet
on the north or right side of said
public road immediately adjacent and
parallel to the existing right of way
line between station 159 f 80 and the
west property line at approximate
station 160 7 58.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and empowered to execute, on behalf of the City of Paducah,
a deed conveying the land described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and '
effect from and after its adoption.
