AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ADJUSTING THE RATES OF PAY OF CERTAIN
TEMPORARY OR SEASONAL NON -CML SERVICE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH AND THEIR PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY
THE BOARD OF COMUSSIONERS ON JANUARY 30, 1953, AND AMENDED ON
JUNE 9, 1953
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That. Section 2 of an.ordinance containing the
title quoted above, which was adopted by•the Board of Commissioners on
January 30, 1953, and amended on June 9, 1953, be, and the.same is
hereby amended and reordained so that said Section as amended and +j
reordained shall read as follows: I
"SECTION 2. All positions of employment listed in Section
1 herein being temporary or seasonal shall be filled until June 30,
1955, unless sooner terminated by action of the `Board of Commissioners
of the City of Paducah, or unless the terms of said employment is
further extended by said Board."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
