CIRCUIT COURT A SUIT FOR THE PURPOSE, OF CLOSING SUCH STREETS AND ALLEYS", WHICH !'!AS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COi •:ISSIOHERS ON JANUARY 19, 1954 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIII,IISSIOidERS OF TIE- CITY OF PADUCAH, SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance containing the above title, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on January 19, 1951, be and the same is hereby repealed, amended and reordained to read as follows: "SECTIOi•: 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby authorize the closing of all streets and alleys in the area bounded on the south by the north line of Adams Street and the said north line of Adams Street, if extended; on the east by the west line of 23rd Street and said west line of 23rd Street, if extended; on the north by the south line of Washington Street; and on the west by the east line of 25th Street; except however the alley extending from the east line of 25th Street to the west line of 24th Street and situated between Washington and Clark Streets is not to be closed and that portion of 21r•th Street between the south line of said alley, if extended, and the south line of Washington Street is not to be closed, said alley and such portion of 214�th Street are not to be affected by this ordinance."
