A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE FISCAL COURT OF McCRACKEN
COUNTY, KENTUCKY TO PETITION THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE OF THE
CODWRIEALTH OF KENTUCKY FOR A REAPPRAISAL OF THE PROPERTIES
SITUATED IN McCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Fiscal Court of McCracken County,
Kentucky be requested to petition the department of Revenue
of the Commonwealth of Kentucky for a reappraisal of the
properties situated in McCracken County, Kentucky pursuant
to the provisions of KRS 132.670.
SECTION 2. A certified copy of this Resolution shall be
forwarded by the City Clerk to the Judge of the McCracken County
Fiscal Court.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
