A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WITH THE SECRETARY
OF THE ARMY COVERING THE USE AND OCCUPANCY OF THE PADUCAH SUB -
DEPOT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Robert C. Cherry, Mayor of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf (S
of the City a Lease between the Secretary of the Army and the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, covering the use and occupancy of
the Paducah Sun -Depot.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
