Oii JA ;UARi 20, 1953 BL IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI =SIOIdERS OF THE CITY 07 PADUCAH, Ii UTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Section 2 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the.City of Paducah, Kentucky on January 20, 1953, be, and the same is hereby amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall read as follows: "SECTION 2. The motor vehicles listed below may operate over any street within the city limits of Paducah, designated as a State or Federal Highway, or as a connecting link street, or in _.cCracken County within 15 miles of the city limits of the City of Paducah, provided same does not exceed the gross weights shovm below: Semi single axle trailer, gross weight 45,000 pounds, Semi tandem trailer or semi tandem trailer and tractor, gross weight 68,000 pounds. Provided, however, that the gross weight in any of the instances above, including load, may not exceed 18,000 pounds on any axle." SECTION 2.
