FULLER FOR THE PURCHASE FROI+i TIME CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OF TILE OLD GRAVEL PIT PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE KEN11AR ROAD IN McCRACKEH COUNTY, KENTUCKY; AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C00,iISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the bid of John R. Fuller in the sum of ,,180.00 for the purchase of the Old Gravel Pit property ovmed by the City and situated on the Kenmar Road in 1,cCracken County, Kentucky, be accepted, said tract of land being described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the westerly line of the land ovmed by R. Saunders in 1883, with the northerly line of the old abandoned right-of-way now known as Kenmar Road, said point being 5,000 feet eastwardly from Clarks Rivvrr along the original location of the railroad track of the C. 0. and S. W. Railroad Company, and running thence north 32 degrees east 536.25 feet, thence east 4.9.5 feet; thence south 3 degrees west 816.75 feet to a point in the above mentioned northerly line of said old railroad right-of-way (now Kenmar Rogd); thence north 37 degrees 45 minutes west along said northerly line to the point of beginning. Being the same land conveyed to the City of Paducah by A. Y. I• artin and wife, Lena H. i:a-rtin, by deed dated November 27, 1933, and of record in Deed Book 182, page 475 in the i-icCracken County Court Clerkts office. SECTION 2. Upon payment of the aforesaid sum of X180.00 to the City, the iayor and City Clerk are, by this ordinance, authorized to execute a deed conveying said property to said purchaser, with no warranty as to title and subject to any encroachments, easements or other conditions that might be shovm by an accurate survey of said land. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
