IDs- 129�/� AN ORDINANCE AI%IENDING SECTION 2 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO AND REGULATING THE KIARKET HOUSE OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY AND PRESCRIBING THE RULES FOR THE CONDUCT THEREOF AND THE PENALTIES THER&UNDER", i'IIIICH W AS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COid-IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, Oil DECEMBER 13, 1915, AND AMENDED BY SAID BOARD ON JULY 17, 1939 AND MARCH 30, 1948 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COl,,IMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Section 2 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on December 13, 1915, and amended on July 17, 1939 and March 30, 1948, be, and the same is hereby amended and re - ordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall read as follows: "SECTION 2. The monthly rentals for the stalls in the I-Iarket House shall Y,i be as follows: Stalls Nos. 1, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 19 at X120.00 per month; Stalls i?os. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 20 at x;15.00 per month. The _/Ps5_ /V1 monthly rental of each bench in the Harlet- House shall be 55.00 and said benches are numbered as follows: A, B, G, H, 2111, 21S, 22N, 225, 23N, 23S, 2411, 24S, 25N, 25S, 26N, 265, 27N, 27S, 2$1I, 2$S, 291sT, 29S, 30N, 30S, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 45N, 4559 46N, 463, 47N, 475, 4$N, 4$S, 491, 49S, 50N, 505, 5.Ud, 51S, 5214, 523, 53N, 535, 541_, 543, 55N, 55S, 56x, 56s, 57, 58, 591 60, 61, 623 63, 64, 65$ 66, 67 and 68. Provided, however, that when any of the end or outside benches at either end of the Market House are not occupied by the Lessee or Lessees thereof, any farmer, grower or marketer may, upon obtaining a permit from the Karket Master and by paying in advance a fee of ,,11.00 for each day he may so occupy said bench, obtain permission therefor and use the same for one (1) day, but no such permit or permission shall be for a greater length of time than oen (1) day. Any person using or occupying any stall or bench without first paying the rental for same as above set out and complying with all the rules and regulations relative thereto shall be fined not less than 010.00 nor more than ;0`20.00, and each day this section is violated shall be a separate offense". SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herer=it 'r_ are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
