AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON EITHER SIDE OF
MONROE STREET BETWEEN 8TH STREET AND 9TH STREET; PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOIL
VIOLATION THEREOF; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
.SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for'any person, firm, company or
corporation to at any time park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind on
either side of Monroe Street between 8th and 9th streets in the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation vi6lating the
provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than one (§1.00) Dollar
nor more than Twenty-five (025.00) Dollars, and each time any vehicle is parked
in violation of Section 1 herein shall be construed to be a separate offenuu.
SECTION 3: ' All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
