HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 954, No Ordinance NumberREPEALED 954 I All ORBINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE [TEST SIDE OF SOUTH 12TH STREET BETITEEN BROADWAY AND KENTUCKY AVENUE; PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREMITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMKISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company or corporation to at any time park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind on the west side of South 12th Street between Broadway and Kentucky Avenue in the City of Paducah. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than one (:,1.00) Dollar nor more than Twenty-five (.,7.5.00) Dollars, and each time any vehicle is parked in violation of Section 1 herein shall be construed to be a separate offense. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
