bo SECTIOrT 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and zoning

TO AS RIVER OAKS SUBDIVISION', be approved as the final report of said Conrnission
respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property by
and it is hereby, changed from R-1 to R-3:
''Beginning at a point in the westerly corporate limits
line of the City of Paducah as existed on September
22, 1952, 150 feet north of the north line of Pines
Road, which said point lies 150 feet west of the nest
line of 32nd Street; thence in a northerly direction
150 feet from and parallel with 32nd Street 1597.2 feet,
thence west at an interior angle of 89 degrees 26 minutes
625 feet; thence south at an interior angle of 90 degrees
34. minutes 1597.2 feet; thence east at an interior angle

That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in
"CITY OF PADUCAH PLAN - ZONING 7.1011 Be, and they are
hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designat
That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance
shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the
deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect
any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent
of this ordinance -to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof
separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions, so that if any
section, paragraph or provision hereof shall be found to be invalid, inoperative
or ineffective, the deficiency or invalidity -thereof shall not affect any other
section, paragraph or provision hereof.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
