HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 914, No Ordinance Number914"j AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PUNNING AND ZONING COIMSSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF PAUL AND VIOLA LINGER LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 31ST AND MONROE STREETS, APPROVING THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AND SUBDIVIDING SAID PROPERTY BE 1T ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1 That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission on September 4, 1952, entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING COMISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF PAUL AND VIOLA LINGER LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 31ST AND MONROE STREETS", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2 That the subdivision of property located in Paducah, Kentucky and described as follows: Bounded on the south by Monroe Street, on the west by 31st Street, on the north by Pt dison Street (extended) and on the east by 30th Street (extended). as shoim on the plat prepared by Hunter H. Martin, Jr., and entitled Plan of Subdivision of Paul Linger, which said Plat has been approved by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission and bears the signatures and acknowledgements of the Chairman of said Commission and the City Engineer, dated September 4, 1952, be, and it is hereby, approved and said property is hereby declared to be subdivided as shown on said plat. SECTION 3 That if any section, paragraph or provisionof this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or inval: of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions, so that if any section, paragraph or provision hereof shall be found to be invalid, inoperative or ineffective, the deficiency or invalidity thereof shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof. SECTION 4 That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date on which the aforesaid plat is lodged for record in the office of the Clerk of the McCracken County Court.
