AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING
COrPQSSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE (JEST SIDE OF THIRD STREET BETWEEN,
ADAMS AND TENNESSEE STREETS AND AMENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT
SUCH REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO MSSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1 That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning
Commission on August 21, 1952, entitled: tl A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT
OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE WEST
SIDE OF THIRD STREET BETWEEN ADAMS AND TENNESSEE STREETS??, be approved as the final report
of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2 That the zone classification of the foll(ning property be, and it is
hereby, changed from R-3 to B-3:
A11 property noir classified as R-3 abutting
the west side of Third Street betireen ADams
Street and Tennessee Street for a depth of
173.25 feet west of Third Street.
SECTION 3 That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in Section 13
thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAN - Z014ING MAPIF be, and they are hereby, amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in
Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 4 That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be
found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity
of such section, paragraph or provision. -shall not affect any other section , paragraph or
provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every
section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and
provisions, so that if any section, paragraph or provision hereof shall be found to be
invalid, inoperative or ineffective, the deficiency or invalidity thereof shall not affect
any other section, paragraph or provision hereof.
SECTION 5 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
