BANK AND TRUST COMPANY NOW IN AN ACCOUNT KNO101 AS THE SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNT AND DECLARING THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH SAID ACCOUNT SHALL BE ESTABLISHED. MEME&S, there is a special account known as the Special Construction Account at the Citizens? Bank and Trust Company consisting of money derived from the sale of Hospital Bonds and by public subscription to the Riverside Hospital Building Account, in the amount of $292,500.00 IMMS, said funds will be used by the City of Paducah to pay certain cost of construction and to purchase equipment for the improvement of Riverside Hospital, and it is deemed to the best interest of the City that said funds be transferred to the General Rmd and kept separate and distinct in an account separate and apart from the regular General Fund accounts. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CMiISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1 That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby authorized and empowered to transfer funds from the Special Construction Account (Riverside Hospital )'at the Citizens? Bank and Trust Company,.6uch funds that are in said account to the General Ruid of the City of Paducah, and that said transferred funds be kept and maintain in a separate and distinct account to be designated as the Riverside Hospital Construction Account and used to pay such planning and construcition costs and materials and equipment as may be required in the proposed Riverside Hospital new construction, and same shall be paid only upon motion approved by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah. SECTION 2 This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. M66r Pro tem.
