AN ORDINANCE AIMNDING SECTION 6 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE DECLARING CERTAIN STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
ONE—WAY STREETS, LMI^tING THE USE THEREOF AND PROVIDING PENALTIJai
FOR VIOLATION TIBst'tEOF,1t WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF C011MISSIONERS
ON JUNE 3, 1952, AND MENDED ON JUNE 10, 1952
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIM BOARD OF COMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, IMTUCla:
SECTION 1 That Section 6 of an ordinance containg the
title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners
on June 3, 1952, and amended on June 10; 1952, be and the same is
hereby further amended and reordained so that said section as amended
and reordained shall read as follows:
ITSECTION 6 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after 12:01 A.M. on July 7, 1952."
SECTION 2 This ordinance shall be in Hill force and effect from
and after its adoption.
