AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE BOUNDARY OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, iiENTUCICI, BY
tINNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY ONNED BY MS. E. B..FERGEP.SON, MISS GEORGLI IIAE NELSON,
GUS T. SMTH, PADUCAI-I Mi TM WORKS, J. ". PILLEY AND J. H. IMILSON, W77aCH LIES
SOUTH EAST OF THE; LONE OAK ROAD OR U. S. HIGM1,101 NO. 45, AND SOUTH OF THE
BMGER ROAD, AND DEFINING ACCURATELY TIL BOUNDARY OF THAT TERRITORY TO BE
INCLUDED 11ITHIN THE CORPORATE LLIITS OF THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COTIMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, IMNTUCICI:
i.4)MEAS, under an ordinance adopted on April 22, 1952, the City of
Paducah, by and through its board of Commissioners proposed to extend the
boundary of the city of Paducah by annexing that certain property oumed by
Mrs. E. B. Fergerson, ;

SECTION 2 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.
