AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE
GOVERNING AND REGULATINiG THE INSTALLATION AND INSPECTION OF ALL ELECTRICAL
["TIRING AND APPLIANCES WITHINT THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY; ESTABLISHING THE FEES AND CHARGES FOR MAKING ELECTRICAL INSPECTIOES;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF AN ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR; PRESCRIBING THE
DUTIES OF THE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR AND FIXING THE AMOUNT OS HIS COMPENSATION;
PROVIDING THE PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH", WHICH WAS ADOPTED ON MARCH6, 1951. ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect .from and
after its adoption.

SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are,
to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect .from and
after its adoption.
