HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 782, No Ordinance Number782 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF ALL PUBLIC ALLEYS IN THE AREA BOUNDED BY 29TH STREET, TRIMBLE STREET, HARRISON STREET AND JOE CLIFTON DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING THE CORPORATION COUNSEL TO INSTITUTE IN McCRACKEN CIRCUIT COURT A SUIT FOR THE PURPOSE OF HAVING SAID ALLEYS LEGALLY CLOSED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby authorize the closing of all public alleys in the area bounded by 29th street, Trimble street, Harrison street and Joe Clifton Drive. SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized and empowered to institute, pursuant to provisions of HRS 93.360, a suit for decree ordering the closing of said alleys.
