PILLEY, DEDICATING FOR PUBLIC USE AN ALLEY 20 FEET IN WI T}; EXTENDING FROM THE SOUTH LINE OF A 15 FOOT ALLEY TO THE SOUTH LINE OF CLINTON COURT A DISTANCE OF 129 FEET, THE SOUTH END OF SAID 20 FOOT ALLEY BEING 135 FEET NORTH OF JACKSON STREET AND THE EAST LINE OF SAID 20 FOOT ALLEY BEING 168 FEET FRPI 29TH STREET WHEREAS, Maxine R. Pilley and her husband, John W. Pilley, have tendered to the City of Paducah a deed under which they dedicate for public use the hereinafter described 20 foot public alley in the block of land which is bounded on the east by Jackson Street, on the north by Clinton Court, on the south by Jackson Street and on the west by the P & I Railroad right-of-way, and they have offered to dedicate the same subject to the conditions set forth in said deed; and WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended the acceptance of same; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept from Maxine R. Pilley and her husband, John W. Pilley, their deed dated Mgrch 29th, 1952 providing for the dedication of and dedicating to said city for public use as an alley all of that parcel of land located in Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, which is bounded as follows: Beginning at a point that lies in the south line of a 15 foot alley that runs parallel to Jackson Street, on the north side thereof, and 135 feet distant there- from, said point being 168 feet from 29th Street when measured on a line parallel to Jackson Street; thence in a northerly direction, parallel to 29th street, a dis- tance of 129 feet, more or less, to the south line of Clinton Court; thence with the south line of Clinton Court in an easterly direction a distance of 20 feet; thence in a southerly direction parallel to 29th street a distance of 129 feet, more or less, to the south line of sad alley; thence in a westerly direction with the south line of said alley a distance of 20 feet to the point of beginning. Being a part of the same property con- veyed to Maxine R. Pilley by Henry E. t'leil by deed dated January 15, 1952, and recorded in Deed Book 314, page 399, McCracken County Court Clerk's Office. Subject to the condition that in the event the alley dedicated by the aforesaid deed should be legally closed, the land included within the boundary above described shall revert to Maxine R. Pilley, or to those of her successors in title who may then own the abutting tract of land which lies on the westerly side of said alley described above. 773 SECTION 2.
