AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO R. B. YATES
AND WIFE, OF A LOT LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SEITZ STREET 120
FEET EAST OF MISSISSIPPI STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE
TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the offer
of R. B. Yates and wife, in the amount of $50.00 cash for the
purchase of Lot No. 4 in Block No. B in O'Bryan's Addition
to the City of Paducah, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book
"A", page 77, in the McCrackenCounty Court Clerk's Office;
and the h;ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute,
for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed of conveyance
to said property.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
