A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THE SUM OF
$13,500.00 FROM ACCOUNT NUMBER 8000, PLANNING AND 'ZONING TO THE CITY
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COb'MISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $13,500.00 appropriated in the
1952 budget for the City of Paducah for planning and zoning under
Account Number $000 be transferred and paid to the City Planning and
Zoning Commission for the expenses necessary for the work of said Commission
and the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to issue a check
in said amount payable to said commission and charge same to Account
Number 8000.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
