AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN
ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT'PHEREWITH", WHIDH
WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON JUNE 16, 1937.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 11 pf an ordinance containing the title
quoted above, which wads adopted by the Board of Commissioners on June 16,
1937, be and the same is hereby amended so that said section as amended shall
read as follows:
"SECTION 11. Any and all rewards, fees, gifts and donations paid
or given on account of extraordinary or meritorious service by members of the
Fire Department shall be delivered to the Fire Chief who shall forthwith
turn same over to the Treasurer of the City of Paducah to be deposited to
the credit of the Police and Firemen's Pension Fund."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
