A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF INSTRUMENTS IN CONNECTION
WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITION TO THE RIVERSIDE HOSPITAL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Robert C. Cherry, Mayor of the City of Paducah, or in
the event of his absence from the city or his inability to attend to the duties
of his office, Miss Helena R. Hughes, administrator of the Riverside Hospital,
be and they are hereby authorized to sign for the City of Paducah all documents
pertaining to federal funds under the Hill Burton Act as related to the Riverside
Hospital project Ky-69.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
