AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE IN THE SALARY OF THE ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGE ADMINISTRATOR, WHO IS NOT SUBJECT TO THE RULES OF CIVIL SERVICE, AND
FIXING THE AMOUNT OF THE SALARY OF SAID EMPLOYEE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the salary of the Alcoholic Be verage Administrator be
increased in the sum of X20.00 per month; and that the amount of the monthly
salary of said employee, provided the same is not changed by any annual appor-
tionment ordinance hereafter adopted, shall be as follows:

Alcoholic Beverage Administrator $300.00
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
