AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR IMPOUNDING OF VEHICLES PARKED IN VIOLATION OF THE LAW", WHICH
WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COWIISSIONERS ON JANUARY 22, 1952
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2 of an ordinance containing the title quoted
above, Which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on January 22, 1952,
be repealed, amended and reordained, so that said Section as amended shall
read as follows:
"Section 2. It is further provided that a service charge of j1.00
shall be paid to the city in addition to any fine which may be imposed
before the release of any such impounded vehicle is authorized, and it is
further provided that before the release of any impounded vehicle is
authorized, all storage and Mauling charges must be paid."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
