A�A�tl�i}I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN
'i ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE NUMBER, RANKS AND MONTHLY SALARIES OF THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH", WHICH
WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON DECEMBER 11, 1951.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance containing the title quoted
above be and the same is hereby amended so that said section shall read as
follows:

"SECTION 1. The number and ranks of members of
the Fire Department
of the City of Paducah, and their monthly salaries,
provided said salaries
are not changed by any annual
apportionment ordinance
adopted hereafter, shall

per month, and upon completion
of a year of satisfactory service, as determined by
the City Manager on recommen-
dation of the Fire Chief, his
monthly salary shall
be increased tothe applicable
amount shown above.
SECTION 2. This ordinance
shall be in full force
and effect from and
after its adoption.
