OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
11KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The number and ranks of members of the vire Department
of the City of Paducah, and their monthly salaries, provided said salaries
are not changed by any annual apportionment ordinance adopted hereafter, shall

Provided, howeber, that a new member of this Department, during his
'irst year of service, shall receive a salary of $240.00 per month,,,And upon
!ompletion of a year of satisfactory service, as determined by the City Manager
in recommendation of the Fire Chief, his monthly salary shall be increased to
he applicable amount shown above.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
re, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
fter its adoption.
