AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PRE-
SCRIBING RULES FOR THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
FIXING THE TIME FOR HOLDING REGULAR MEETINGS OF SAID BOARD, AND REPEALING ALL
RULES AND ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS ON JANUARY 5, 1920 AND AMENDED ON MAY 23, 1950
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance containing the title quoted above,
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on January 5, 1920 and amended
on May 23, 1950, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
