IDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF EIGHTEEN TRAFFIC SUPERVISORS; PRESCRIBING
R DUTIES; FIXING THEIR COMPENSATION AND TERM OF EMPLOYMENT; AND APPROPRIATING
SUM OF :1,200 FOR PAYMENT OF THE COMPENSATION OF SUCH SUPERVISORS", WHICH
ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON NOVEMBER 27, 1951.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
SECTION 1. That Section 2 of an ordinance containing the title quoted
bove be, and it is hereby amended, so that as amended said Section shall read as
ollows:
"SECTION 2. No person appointed to the position of a traffic supervisor
