AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO MRS. SYBLE WALLACE OF T:.E VORTH
ONE-HALF OF LOT'S, BLOCK V, GREGORY HEIGHTS ADDITION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY :
SECTION 1. That the City of paducah accept the offer of Mrs. Syble
Wallace in the amount of $100.00 cash for the purchase of the north one-half
of Lot 3 in Block V of Gregory Heights Addition, fronting 25 feet on 36th
Street and running 190 feet along Howard Street; and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from an d
