FOR PURCHASE FROM THE CITY OF PADUCAH OF ONE USED CATERPILLAR MODEL 33
GRADER; PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A BILL OF SALE TRANSFERRING TITLE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of the Roy C. Whayne Supply Company
in the sum of $300 for the purchase of one used Caterpillar Model
33 Grader from the City of Paducah be accepted.
SECTION 2. The terms and conditions of said sale are that in
consideration of the payment of the sum of 000 to the City of Paducah
by the Roy C. Whayne Supply Company, the City Manager is hereby authorized
to execute a bill of sale transferring title to said grader to the
Roy C. Whayne Supply Company.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
