ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF STARKE STREET 400 FEET EAST OF KRUGER AVENUE IN THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINMD BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the offer of William A.
Lockett in the amount of 100.00 cash for the purchase of a lot located on
the south side of Starke Street 400 feet east of Kruger Avenue; and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf
of the City of Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
