McCAULEY FOR THE PURCHASE OF LOT NO. 2 IN THE RUSHING ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, WHOSE SIGNATURE SHALL BE ATTESTED BY THE CITY CLERK, TO EXECUTE FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY WHEN THE PURCHASE PRICE HAS BEEN PAID IN THE SU14 OF $200.00; AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITION UNDER WHICH SAID PROPERTY SHALL BE CONVEYED, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the offer of M. D. McCauley in the sum of $200.00 for the purchase of a lot on the west side of North Fourteenth Street, known as Lot No. 2 in the Rushing Additioh to the City of Paducah. SECTION 2. The purchase price for the aforesaid property shall be paid I i according to the offer of said M. D. McCauley as follows: $150.00 cash down and the balance in three monthly installments, the first installment being in the amount of $15.00 due on September 28, 1951; the second installment being in the amount of $15.00 due October 28, 1951; and the final installment being in the amount of $20.00 due November 28, 1951. Said purchaser may pay any or all of said installments before the due date thereof and upon his paying the full amount of the purchase price the Mayor of the City of Paducah, whose sig- nature shall be attested by the City Clerk, is hereby authorized and empowered for and on behalf of said city, to execute and deliver to said M. D. McCauley a deed of conveyance to the above described property. Said property shall be con- veyed with covenant of Special Warranty, and subject to any encroachments or other physical conditions which an accurate survey would show and the grantee will bw required to pay all taxes which shall become due in the year 1952. i I SECTION 3.
