AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO MARY JACKSON AND TOI&IIE 11IL30N
OF A LOT LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF HARRIS STREET 147.5 FEET NORTH OF
7TH STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AED
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUMENTS PF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUEKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Mary Jackson and
Tommie B:ilson in the amount of 5:100.00 for the purchase of a lot located on
the east side of Harris Street, 147.5 feet north of 7th Street,N40.00 pf the
purchase price to be paid in cash and the balance at the rate of .j'310.00 per
month with 6% interest; and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, proper instruments of
conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
