That the City !tanager be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the.purchase of..a.-Lwo-ray ,I::,adio Communication System for use in the Police Department of the City. of .Paducah, each bidder to comply with the gen:ral and detailed specifications :which are filed with, referred to and made a part of this resolution to ti-te same extent.as if fully copied herein. SEC TICK 2.
