AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO W. B. HITE AND WIFE, LEAH E. HITE
OF LOT 48 IN BLOCK 3, TERRELL'S FOUNTAIN PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE
TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the offer of W. B. Hite and his
wife, Leah E. Hite, in the sum of 1500.00 cash for the purchase of Lot No. 48 in
Block No. 3, Terrell's Fountain Addition, as shown by plat of said Addition
recorded in Plat Book "A", page $4, McCracken County Court Clerk's office; and
the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf
of the City of Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said property.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.
