HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 374, No Ordinance Number374 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BUCKNER LANE FROM 32ND STREET TO MAPLE LANE AND PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for qny person, firm, company or cor- poration to at any time park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind on the south side of Budkner Lane from 32nd Street to Maple Lane. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, corporation or company violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than One Dollar (:x1.00) nor more than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) and each time any vehicle is parked on said street shall be construed to be a.separate offense. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
