That an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE NUMBER, RANKS AND MONTHLY SALARIES OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH", which was adopted by the Board of Comm- issioners of the City of Paducah on November 28, 1950, be, and the same is hereby, repealed in its entirety. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. Mayor Pro Tem Geo.
