SUB -SECTION 2 OF SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE, WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF
C01-111.ISSIONERS OlT NOVE'.13ER 20, 1945.
NIIEREAS, the City Plannin., and Zoning Commission has rocommonded the
amendment of Sub -section 2 of Section 2 of the aforesaid ordinance as shorn by
its final report embodied in a resolution adopted by it on ;:arch 17, 1950;
NO17 THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C012HSSIONERS OF THE CITY
O PADUCAH, KEPTTUCISY:
SEC TION 1.
That the aforesaid final report of the City Plannin- and Zoning Comziissic
be approved, and that Sub -section 2 of Section 2 of an ordinance containin5 the
title quoted above, VVhich was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on Zlovember
20, 1945, be and the same is hereby amended so that said section an amended
shall read as follogs:
"(2) No residence to be built on Park Avenue, Thompson Avenue,
25th street or 26th street to cost less than ,9,000.00."
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict hers:::ith are, to the
extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
if any section or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be
inoperative or ineffective for any cause, the invalidity of such sectioh or
provision shall not affect any other section or provision of this ordinance,
it beim the purpose of this ordinance to make oach and every section and
provision hereof separable from all other sections and provisions.
SEC TION 4.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from nd after
adoption.
