BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That upon the recommendation and request of the City Planning
and Zonin Commission as shown by its final report embodied in a resolution
adopted by it on b;arch 26, 1951, all of the property bounded by 30th street,
Bell Avenue, the Illinois Central Railroad and Shelbourne street is hereby
declared to be a business district within the meaning of the City Planning qnd
Zoning Commission Law.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
