BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C01,51ISSIOIERS OF ME CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City Ivanager be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of the eityts requirement of lime- stone for the year 1950 (approximately 400 to 1,000 tons). The bid price to be F. 0. L. 6th and Campbell Streets, Paducah, Kentucky. Limestone to be delivered as ordered in 50 ton lots and said material must neat Kentucky State '"i�hway specifications for y;9 limestone. He is requested to advertise by postin- a notice at the City Hall door and by inserting notice of the request for bids in at least one issue of the Paducah Sun - Democrat. The notice shall be posted and published at least seven days prior to the openinZ of bids and no bid shall be opened within ten (10) days from the date on which this resolution is adopted. No bid shall be received after the hour fixed in the notice for the openinr of bids. All bids received by the City I.iar_ager up to the time fixed in the notice for the opening of bids shall be filed with the Loard of Commissioners who may let the bid to the loraest responsible bidder or bidders. The ri3ht shall be reserved to reject any and all bids and all bids shall provide a „uarantee aCainst advance in the market price, and also a reduction in price in the event of a decrease in the market price. SECTIOU 2.
