BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO NII66IONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, That Section 1 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on April 14, 1942, be, and the sa is hereby repealed, amended and reordained so that said section as anended and reordained shall read as follows: "Section 1. Definitions As used in this ordinance: (a) A trailer coach is hereby defined to be any vehicle used, or maintained for use as a conveyance upon highways or city streets, so designed and so construe ted in such a manner as will permit occupancy thereof as temporary dwelling or sleeping places for one or more persons, or the conduct of any business or pro- fession, occupation or trade, having no other foundation than wheels or jacks. (b) A trailer park shall mean any site, lot, field, or tract of ground upon which two or more trailer coaches are harbored, and shall include any building structure, tent, vehicle or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the equipment of such a park. (c) The word "Unit", shall mean a section of ground designed for accomodatic of one trailer coach and toning unit only and shall consist of not less than 1000 sq. ft. of unoccupied space." SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
