That Section 5 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on December 17, 1928, and amended on May 18, 1948, be, and the same is hereby amended so that said section as amended shall read as follows: "Section 5. Before any person shall use any property and/or the buildings thereon as a gasoline filling station, automobile repair shop, public garage, parking lot, public stable, lunch stand, fruit or vegetable stand, trailer parks, trailer courts, tourist court, tourist cabin, tourist home, a place where lodging is furnished for transients, a motel, slauhter house, factory of any kind, ware- house, roadhouse, chemical works, or as a lot, area or space for the wrecking, parking, storage, display, sale or hiring of motor vehicles, trailers, or movable structures of any kind, and before a permit is issued by the Building Inspector in connection with the erection, repair or construction of any structure intended for such use, an application for a permit to subject such property and/or buildings to such use shall first be submitted to and approved by the City Planning and Zoning Commission, and if a building permit is required under the provisions of the Building Code and the Standards of .Safety, the permit obtained from the City Planning and Zoning Commission shall then be submitted to the building Inspector, for his consideration and action as otherwise provided by the law and ordinances of the City of Paducah." SECT -ION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
