HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 12, Page 247, No Ordinance Number247 / AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF TWO CITY PHYSICIANS FOR THE TREAT?2NT OF ALL INDIGENT WHITE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; PRESCRIBING THE DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED BY THE CITY PHYSICIANS; FIXING THE AMOUNT OF THEIR COMPENSATION; PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF THE SUM OF :x;937.50 FROM THE CONTINGENT FUND FOR PAYMENT OF THE INCREASED AMOUNT NECESSARY TO BE PAID FOR THE CITY PHYSICIANSI SERVICES FROM OCTO:ER 16, 1950, TO JANUARY 1, 1951; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH", WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON OCTOBER 31, 1950. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COP,05ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KEN'T'UCKY: SECTION 1. That an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which ordinance was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on October 31, 1950, be and the same is hereby repealed. SECTION 2.
