That Section 2 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which ordinance was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on April 30, 1966, be and the same is hereby repealed, amended and reordained, so that said section as amended and reordained shall read as follows: "SECTION 2. The City Weighmaster shall be an employee of the City of Paducah and subject to the direction and control of the City Manager in the performance of his duties. He shall not acquire any nights or privileges under the rules of civil service governing other employees of the city. His salary shall be ;;150.00 per month, said salary to be paid at the same time the salary of other city employees are paid. The salary of the City Weighmaster is a current departmental expense and a sufficient amount shall be appropriated for the payment of such salary upon the adoption of the apportionment ordinance in the year 1951".
